As I stood there I noticed a employee who was fixing the food wipe down the food makingcounter with his latex gloves twice while making the food. That's unsanitary in my book. I departed an won't be going back ever.I may be picky but isn't that what rags are for?!?!..
Want here for lunch today. Got inline at drive thru. Waited 20 minutes and finally backd out with the guy behind me. I won't be going back as service get worse and worse every time.
On 12-7-23 at 8:55am i ordered the chicken strip and fries. The food was good, but the woman in the drive-through was very very rude. Rushed me on my order, and didn't tell me the price at the window. As soon as she handed me my food she slammed the window closed. What the heck did I do??? I just ordered some food. They need to stop having an attitude problem and just do the job of Customer service. We understand everyone has a bad day. But now this is just happening too often all the time. If you cannot do customer service find another job. If you don't want me to order food there, then just tell me and I will never come back.
I used to love del taco I would choose it any day over Taco Bell but I can't say that lately the food quality is starting to go down the drain and this is the second time I have received the wrong tacos after I have placed a special order for chicken soft taco with meat cheese and lettuce only and received beef crunchy tacos.
I came by after a year and not much change. Fries are small. The location in Fairfield put twice that.
