Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI'm leaving you a review a 1 star review because when someone orders on your app you don't tell them you are out of a topping for a burger if they don't ask… 3 times in the last two weeks my order has been missing lettuce and when I ask today if it is right after I've been handed the order I'm told of a lettuce shortage… inform your customers if things won't be on their stuff.... that's common courtesy
They treat you like family. I love Milton's Wendy's.
Probably the worst Wendy 's I 've ever encountered. Staff seemed clueless as to what was going on with our order. When 1 of the ladies finally realized what was missing, she apologized and said that because it took so long to get us our order, she 's going to get us 'fresh ' fries. I say 'fresh ' because she took the fries that were already in the bag, dumped them into the heat lamp area to re-serve later, and filled the container with the fries that were sitting in there. We had fast service and our chicken sandwiches were nicely made. They weren't squashed or burnt. Just right.
This place is average for a Wendy's not the best not the worst.
