I finally went to chick fil a in worcester, ma and all I can say is omg now I know why the drivethru always has a long line. I love chicken sandwiches.

this place needs some work. the service was slow and the workers were rude and/or unclear. not the Chick-fil-A experience I expected. the drive thru.
