I ordered the Alfredo, but added Chicken. The chicken was great, but the sauce was a bit dry. I'll head back and see what else sounds tasty laster tonight.
I've eaten at a hundred hotel restaurants. Chisholm's is better than some. I had French onion soup. Not the best. Ordered the Chisholm burger. It was very good....

A real pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant. Good food, good service, normal prices and I didn't have to go back out after a day of travel
Not a bad place if you don't want to leave the hotel.
