I ordered breakfast burritos and they were only half full! This happens alot and I travel all over ohio working.
Over 16 mins for my food. I ordered thought the app with counter pick up and countless cars went thought getting served with out even an apology for my wait or even acknowledged that I existed.
I had to pull around and wait for my food. That I’m getting use to, it’s when I ask for barbecue sauce and she says yeah it’s in the bag I get home I look in the bag and there’s no barbecue sauce. This is happening all the time need to do something.
Seems more and more often that this place just can not seem to get an order right. Every time I spend more than 20 dollars, my order is not right. From no straws for drinks to no sauce for nuggets to completely missing items. Either I need to find a new area to go to or I'm going to need to need to find a different fast food place to eat at. You are rolling the dice when you order too much. I have a family of 6 and let me tell you, that's a lot to order. So I expect disappointment with each order and am prepared to have to run back in to get my missing items.
