Shanghai Papa - Winchester

I would give this restaurant a 3.5 rating, but I am rounding up. Honestly, the pho here is just average compared to the better places on Kingsland Road.

The pho was intriguing. We arrived for dinner and found the service to be pleasant. The restaurant was quite busy, but we were able to secure a table without a wait.

This place was not bad at all. I was searching for a good place to get some Pho, and stumbled upon this restaurant. When I arrived, I had to wait a few minutes before being seated, but then got a table.
