Gravity Haus Winter Park Snow Cabanas

Menu only had a few choices and nothing normal. Had to eat kids at McDonald's and we usually don't eat that. Do not rent the snow Cabana and the heating worked. There was more than one other seafood place in town and it was not worth it. If only 4 options for dinner, at least one chicken dish or something regular must have. Not only Indian or strange things you would never find on a menu.

I was really disappointed to go to this place with my friends from the city, and expect to see what in the pictures (multiple igloos with windows in a common area), only to find 1 igloo on a veranda essentially next to the street. Then we go to the expectation of the menu that is on the website, just to find nothing on this menu, and to say “Oh you probably read the wrong menu”, as if it is my fault its website is not properly set up to show the right location menu/images. Oh, and did I mention that the igloo is also ready for our reservation? Then we go in, and of course it didn't look like the picture. Each game inside is missing a bit, and the heating does not even warm the room. I was disappointed with an understatement. I never wanted to see another gravity. House again.

I really wanted to leave an incredible criticism, but I just can't because of the experience my family had while I was eating in this facility. First of all, I wanted to bring my family to a place where they go and go for their guests. I ran over this dinner experience and decided to give him a shot. I reserved the top of the line Snow Cabanas with Gravity House because of all great reviews and beautiful photos that the restaurant offers. On our arrival it was all but a pleasant experience. My family and I came directly to our planned reservation. When we arrived, there were no personnel in sight. So I made my way back to the bar and asked one of the bartenders about our reservation. They answered with a “yah” and pointed me out to the one and only Cabana they had shown. Then I took my wife and my kids outside where it was 17 degrees. At that time I noticed that the lights were gone and the Cabana was completely shut off. We opened the door to a dark and cold room. I used my flashlight from my phone to find the heating instructions. After a few minutes, a lady came out and apologized that they didn't prepare anything. There was an old dining car with dishes from the previous dinner from the night before. To say we were disappointed, it would have cut it easily. Instead of complaining, I cooled down and went to use the toilet room while in the cold we waited for someone to turn on the heat and lights. After almost 30 minutes, the Cabana began to warm. Then I was ready to go, but our children were hungry, so we ordered. As far as the meal itself, it was okay. At this point everyone was only hungry, so we left as soon as possible. What promised to be a great experience for its guests turned out to be a nightmare. Also here I am not going to leave a negative reviews, but if you spend a lot for a service, you expect better than what we have.

We have booked the Cabana on the basis of pictures showing the windows. The Cabana in Winter Park had no windows. It also had only one heating and we were very cold during our time. The food was excellent, but the menu was limited.
