Excellent service from all staff members. The breakfast was served promptly and was of high quality. The staff were also very friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Really great night from the meal was really nice and great service and great atmosphere our server was amazing beth and manager lajla was very friendly and welcome us and show us our table and took our drinks order everything was on place as we are. are regular guests in the hotel and in the restaurant thanks to the entire team and managements
On December 29, 2022, we visited this restaurant and were attended to by Lajla B. The customer service was poor. After a long wait, my wife had to inquire about when our food would arrive as we were considering leaving. When her meal finally arrived, the coleslaw was missing, even though it was listed on the menu as part of the meal. She should have pointed out the mistake and been offered a replacement, but it was never mentioned. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to the staff. Despite the fact that the food we received was tasty, the overall experience was ruined by the subpar service.
The meal was hot, tasty, and flavorful. The service was great and efficient, and we were very pleased. Thank you, Bluebrick.
