Krazy About Pizza - Wrexham

This is the worst pizza in Wrexham! I pre-ordered and it arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. When it finally arrived, it smelled like a dirty oven. I couldn't even eat it. When I complained, they offered to send some delivery guys to collect it, but nobody came and I didn't receive a refund. Foodhub couldn't help with the refund and closed the conversation before I could respond.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely unacceptable. After a 12-hour shift, we decided to order a takeaway. The food arrived an hour late, it took forever to get through on the phone, and the chips were cold and dry. To top it off, our order was completely wrong.

I placed an order through Foodhub from this restaurant on Friday at 7pm. After waiting for 90 minutes, I called to inquire about my order, which had already been paid for on my card. They assured me it was on its way. An hour later, my boyfriend called and was told it would only be 5 minutes. However, after waiting for 45 more minutes, I contacted Foodhub for help. They reached out to Krazy About Pizza, who claimed the order would arrive in ten minutes. After almost 4 hours of waiting, I decided to give up as the food never showed up. The next day, when I asked for a refund, I was directed to go through Foodhub, despite it being the restaurant's responsibility to handle refunds. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I believe this restaurant is simply trying to cheat their customers. Upon reading other online reviews, I was not surprised to see numerous one-star ratings, with complaints of poor food quality, terrible service, and missing orders. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this restaurant at all costs. I wish I could give it zero stars, as one star is far too generous.
