The fries were missing, so I had to share my husband's instead. The coleslaw was also missing, and the lettuce didn't look fresh. They refused to fix the situation or give us a refund. It's disappointing because our friends had a great experience here. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.
Absolutely dreadful food should be closed down, without delay !!! all restaurants take-aways are given a rating from one star to five star (5 star being the best) this place has been given (sept this year) ZERO stars, which is quite unprecedented you should really take note. I don't understand if the food agency give someone Zero stars then why are they allowed to continue trading, I think of the many people that they have made ill in this place, be like me, never ever again, it's a disgrace, zero respect for customers, they deserve zero stars no business.
Ordered a take away (was told it would take 1 hour to be delivered) . Phoned up after 90 minutes to be told it had just left. After 3 hours it still hadnt turned up so phoned again to be told it left ages ago, apparently to the wrong address.3.5 hours after ordering it arrived.the manager said to call him next time and he'd give me a discount on a future order as a way of apology. Now knowing this restaurant has zero stars for food hygiene i think ill pass. Food no where near as good as it used to be but still ok
I ordered takeout at 6:30pm and waited for an hour before calling to check on the progress. They said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I called back 20 minutes later and was told the driver was stuck in traffic, even though he had only taken my order 3 minutes after my previous call. I was assured it would only be 5 more minutes. I told them that if my order wasn't received within 5 minutes, I would cancel as I needed to go to work for a night shift. Four minutes later, the restaurant called to say it would be another 20 minutes. I asked for an explanation and for them to be honest about the situation. They continued to claim the traffic excuse, so I decided to cancel my order as I didn't want food that had been in transit for 45 minutes. Unfortunately, I had paid a 10% tip upfront through Uber Eats which couldn't be refunded, resulting in a loss of 4 pounds. I will never use this restaurant again.
I’m a bit disappointed with our order this evening. Chicken and the lamb biriyani was okay but the vegetable dish was soooo spicy and not a lot of vegetables that comes with it and we never got our salad either. Always order from here that’s why I’m not happy
