Wendy's - Xenia

The absolute worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Very slow service. The food is bad. The drive thru is a disaster.. They should have just kept it torn down.

I just don’t understand why EVERY single time I try to come here it’s a disappointment! No matter what time of day you come, expect to wait 30 minutes in the drive through. The workers don’t care about this place at all. Wendy’s needs corporate out here help immediately.

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food chain but this location is just a mess, they’re never actually open when they’re supposed to be, out of items constantly, forget parts of the meal, and 9/10 times I leave without a straw, just a bunch of little annoying things that really make this location not convenient or fast Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited in line with 3 other cars for 15 minutes before I got the speaker. Once I got to the speaker, the greeting I received from the woman inside was just the word “yes?” She made me feel like i’m an inconvenience for coming through the restaurant and giving them my money. No “Hi how are you” or “Welcome to Wendy’s” just “yes?” Terrible way to greet your customers, step it up Wendy’s. Very disappointed in the service here. I sat for almost 20 minutes had a cheeseburger a fry six nuggets all of which were old there was no care from anyone it seemed like the whole staff was taking turns to go out back and smoke cigarettes and play with her phone very disappointing I've had good experiences with you guys in the past for lunch but I am like everyone else I don't want cold food and it's sitting wait for it please get it together Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
