Tested her food truck and it was good. The noodle dish with chicken enjoyed. The appetizer Wrapped Shrimp (not sure the real name) was really good.
Decided to give it a try since I was staying the the hotel where the Blaze is located, the Delta Winnipeg.

There was a concert downtown tonight and the restaurants were jammed I don't usually eat in hotel restaurants but I didn't have much choice.
