I tell the girl in the drive thru they should order more so she gets smart and says ?I don?t order it? smh bad customer service/Poor inventory
I got two pre packed quarts of their ice cream and both were awful. The mint chip ice cream was grainy. It had this horrible grainy texture. And the butter pecan was old and obviously refrozen more than once. It was full of ice throughout the whole quart. Never, ever again would I buy ice cream from them. I only got them cause I had a coupon, and hadn't had the brand in many years. It was nothing like the Baskin-Robbins from my home town. This ice cream was obviously not as natural. I'm sorry I wasted the money.
Called around 9:45am because it was the only store listed as open that early. I called to verify they were open. I was told yes, I asked if they sold birthday cakes, again I was told yes. When I inquired about the price range I was told im too busy to check I said excuse me, she said im too busy right now to check the prices . Wow, I said well you just lost my business and she hung up on me. I called back to ask for the manager. She stated, I am the manager. I hope the franchise owner knows his/her manager needs some training in customer service. I called corporate. In times like these, you need to value your customers and count your blessings.
Staff was very friendly helpful. Excellent customer service. Was disappointed didn't have the flavor i wanted, (Jamoca) which i thought would be a standard... and the scoops could have been a little bigger... but overall positive visit.
I don't know why this store is even here. They have nothing that you see on the menu and instead of letting me know they get snippy when I call to ask about the cancelled order. Poor customer service and I will never attempt to order from them again.
