Did online pickup order for the drive through in York. Waited over a half hour in the drive through line before we finally went in. They said someone else walked off with our food?!? . We didn't want to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for them to do a fast food order so we settled for a refund and got the hell out of there! NEVER AGAIN! Service: Take out Meal type: Other

Cashier had to be called up front serial times. When you food was ready they would yell what you order really loud. No silverware is accessible had to ask. Food was hot and fresh Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

10/13 The younger girl tonight deserves a raise! There were only 3 ppl working and they were swamped. She was so nice and apologetic even though it clearly wasn’t her fault. Man this town sucks I parked outside at 10 AM The sign says 1030 open I’m standing outside it’s 1031 and they can’t even open the door I have to call and the guy that answer the phone instead of opening the door he tells me oh it’s because we’re short staff So I told the guy can you open the door it’s cold outside he tells me we’re short staff, but yeah I see like 10 people in there And then, the lady with the security sweater smoking a cigarette in her car is quick to tell me you can go through drive-through Lady I don’t want to go to the drive-through I want to sit down and eat inside And then she tells me oh I don’t know we’re short staff I only get paid $13 an hour This town, and this KFC sucks never stopping here again Add to the guy that answer the guy that answer the phone stop changing the conversation the people want to sit down and eat
