They offer smoked tofu as a filling which is really good as a lot of the time the vegan option is just vegetables. We really enjoyed our wrap and it was good to get vegan food in Kamloops.

Our food was really good and enough to fill you up for not too expensive prices. Best of all, when we chose a vegan option dish the staff offered to replace a non-vegan item with something else and I don’t think we were charged extra for this (yes I know this should be common but we have had a lot of experiences where they remove the egg and cheese and charge you the same! . There were several plant milks to choose from and the coffee was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful and we liked the decor too. I’d recommend this place if you are in town or passing through.

This is next to Vegie Bar and you can get items to takeaway, which is good because it is fairly quick whereas Vegie Bar often has queues. Some of the stuff in the fridge looks a bit old but most stuff freshly made, they have some really nice bowls.
