Bueno, debo ser honesto. La comida es decente, no está mal, pero es cara. Este es el único restaurante cerca de los hoteles Real Inn, por lo que cobran más porq... leer más Bueno, debo ser honesto. La comida es decente, no está mal, pero es cara. Este es el único restaurante cerca de los hoteles Real Inn, por lo que cobran más porque no tienen otras opciones convenientes. Si no fuera por esto, el servicio en general está bien, pero una de las visitas fue tan mala que es un punto claro en general. Fuimos a almorzar y nos sentamos en una mesa, y luego todo se detuvo. El mesero fingió que podía hablar inglés, pero estaba claro que no entendía. Comimos más de una hora después de pedir y no nos dieron pan o totopos (como otras mesas recibieron). Pedimos una chelada de sol (jugo de limón y cerveza), pero nos trajeron michelada, que es una bebida terrible de salsa de soja, salsa Worcestershire y chile. Las bebidas llegaron minutos después de que el pedido y el mesero comenzara a discutir y acusarnos de haber pedido la bebida equivocada. No dejó de pelear y se calentó realmente. Simplemente siguió diciendo que teníamos que pagar por esto sin comer. Cuando le pedimos que se llevara las terribles micheladas, no las reemplazó por lo que habíamos pedido, y la cerveza que ya había vertido en el vaso de la Michelada no fue reemplazada. Después de ir a la recepción del hotel y literalmente hervir, volvió con las bebidas correctas y cerveza adicional ¡y se la comió! La única compensación que obtuvimos fue un kal en la chelada.

We arrived at the hotel around by the time we unpacked some luggage changed and got ready for dinner it was around We were all very hungry and wanted...to eat something quick and not complicated. We walked over to La Isla Mall and saw this restaurant and decided to eat here. The restaurant was not busy since it was passed and it was very cool and windy. We choose to eat on their beautiful terrace. We were greeted by William who was very pleasant. He recommended some dishes and we took some of his recommendations. His minestrone soup was very comforting, not the best I have eaten however just perfect for a windy night. His garlic bread with balsamic and olive oil was decadent. I had grilled chicken with a side salad; the chicken was more boiled than grilled but being hungry it didn’t really matter. We also had the fettuccine Alfredo which was a bit overdone but still nice. The Milanese veal with prosciutto was not something I would recommend. Our first night experience with food was not the best however the waiter made it memorable. William was a top notch waiter, pleasant, funny and caring. We had good conversation and although the food wasn’t the best experience it was still amazing. Sometimes it’s about the people you meet that make the experience amazing.

We live in a large 3M+ city in USA and our high-end restaurants don't come close to our experience here.
