This is despite a number of vacant regular tables/chairs being visible. I said my back prevented...sitting on a stool, that we'd booked well in advance specified indoors. Response was the confirm email would have said stools it DID NOT (see pic), that we could sit at a temporary plastic table outside or we could use back booth in empty bar space downstairs no reason why we could not have one of the vacant tables. Very poor handling. Judging from other very recent bad reviews re food service, I'm glad we opted to leave.

There was a bit of a wait (arrived at 7.30 and by 9.30 we had only had snacks and entree) but then the duck pasta arrived and we were extremely happy. They did top...up my Grenache due to the wait and I was very appreciative, as it was the most fantastic wine of the night. They were also very accommodating to my wife’s dietary preferences. Will definitely dine again.
