Nous commençons par une fleur de courgettes avec une réduction de citron, mais un peu trop acide pour apprécier le vin commandé. La pièce de porc est cuite parfaitement et fondue dans la bouche mais sans aucun accompagnement! Pour finir sur le dessert une figue avec un morceau de glace...

Firstly if you want to eat great food, creatively and expertly made you won't go far wrong than this small restaurant in the heart of Kent. 7 courses from bread and olives through to a marvelously silky smooth lemon Meringue. It was delightfull. My favourite was the Duck Taco. Could have easily eaten a plate of these. Dropped a star beacuase the cheese board came out before the dessert which left my party waiting for me to finish before they recieved their dessert. Once cleared, the wait for the dessert was far too long and the waitress dropped a fork from a plate onto my partners lap. And at £250 for two people the service should be slicker and felt more professional. Saying that the other waiters gave a great overview of all of the wines and each course as they came. I was pleased to hear about local food being incorporated into the menu. All in all a great experiance and almost perfect...
