Other good rated restaurants were either booked out or too fancy for my parents. So we finally agreed on this place with the most local people. Good choice! This restaurant is adressing to normal local people and so is its ambience. But it does have a warm and helpfull service and good local food. Ask for the recommendation. The fish and the rabbit were excellent.

Harsh critiquers could pick this place apart. But, they have the standard “American Beer” selection Budweiser and Miller products with a Sam Adams variety thrown in. Nothing special there. The food was ok but I agree with the J Alexander’s comment $8 for Mac and cheese bites is too much. It’s pretty typical bar food for upscale pricing. It definitely seems like a local hangout with a local crowd. The service was fine and the ambiance was standard 2000 era theme. If you go, bring your positive mindset and enjoy the way things used to be 20 years ago.

There have been plenty of times I wanted to eat there and had to drive by; ending up eating elsewhere because the parking lot is not convenient on Central Avenue.
