Each time I have... leer más All credit to the staff at the Costa. I sporadically visit this coffee shop as it means I can get a hot drink while feeding my 8 week old baby. Each time I have visited whilst heavily pregnant with my newborn the staff have spotted that I have my hands full and have offered (without prompting) to bring my drink over for me. This simple gesture goes a long way when you are already juggling and putting yourself last. Well done, excellent customer service!

I’d ordered through the app for the first time and it took me to this Mcds which although is my closest its not my usual as we usually go through the drive thru. I’d ordered a fair amount of food so was concerned that If I’d manage back to my car.. I never asked for any help but just asking about the app mentioning that I’d normally use a drive thru due to struggling but they took it upon themselves to make sure they gave me bags with handles and three separate members of staff offered to help me to my car! This is helpful at any time but in the current climate with the new normal they have to deal with and the rules they are following I thought that was exceptional service...
