I was delayed to pick up my order, and they had the courtesy to call and make sure I was on the way, and to assure me that they kept my meal hot and ready. Exactly a week later, I orderedagain, and was also delayed. The man in charge recognized me at the counter, we had some laughs about running late, and Iassured him after last week's experience, I would never go to KFC again. He was very appreciative of the feedback, thanked me byname, and checked my receipt twice to make sure everything was in order. That's how you earn a good customer-establishmentrelationship. As far as the food, the chicken is on point. A hair spicier than KFC, and not as over crunchy as Popeyes. As anoriginal recipe guy, I think I found the perfect middle ground between texture and flavor. My biggest selling point was theirpotato wedges. I've been mad as a hornet for years since KFC ditched their wedges for those dumb fries. Saroki's wedges makeKFC's old ones look like boiled garbage. I have yet to have their pizza, but I hear good things. That being said, thus far, thisplace has earned themselves a new regular customer. ????????
