However it seems they took so many additional orders, well beyond their capacity, and could not effectively handle such orders. So when I arrived to pick-up at 6pm there must've been 30+ other people waiting for orders as well. When I was finally able to get through some of the crowd to pick-up and pay for my order, they could not find a record of my order for several minutes and then I was informed that my order would be another 20-30 minutes. They suggested I leave and they will call me when ready. I left, and having not heard from them for 45 minutes I returned only to find many of the same people still waiting. With folks chatting I overheard that one person ordered 3 weeks in advance for a 5:30pm pick-up time and their order was still not ready at 7pm. I waited an additional 20 minutes, and knowing alternative restaurants were already likely closed or soon to close (it was Xmas eve) I needed to think about a Plan B. Around 7:30pm I inquired about the status of my order only to find out that it hadn't even been started and they suggested it could take another 45 minutes or so. That would be 2hrs and 15mins beyond the time I requested, so I cancelled and sadly, since most other places were closed by this time, my family had to settle on pizza. The folks at this restaurant were beyond unprepared and disorganized. Their ability to manage their order in-takes and to provide customers with a reasonable estimated time for orders to finally be complete, was appalling. I was so discouraged and disappointed by this that I will NEVER return and highly suggest people avoid ordering from here (especially during peak times).
