21.08.2023 - 13:43Ordered 2 vegetarian dishes to take away. The curry dish has no flavor, bland and runny like water, the vegies are so soft that I don't know if they are freshly prepared the green beans look like straight from frozen bag beans , The satay dish is no better. They stir fried the vegies first then pour the overly sweet satay paste on top and mix in sliced boiled egg ? and overly cooked bean sprouts. It is up to you to mix the sauce up yourself and again I have no idea if the vegies are from frozen section in the supermarket. Surely they have no idea on how to cook and it is a disgraced to their customers. This is so terrible.

06.01.2023 - 05:53Interesting. they sit on a table (which we have erased ourselves) and select them from the menu on the table 2 of 4 were not available, which were hidden on the menu near where they order. we ask what they have and they said afteros. I commanded afteros mild, who were not mild. spicy and bland. the personal was friendly enough.

18.12.2022 - 22:57We were invited to dinner with friends and were very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, the meal was $20 a head for three courses and was extremely good at considering the complexity of most dishes. the waiting staff were obviously early in their training and were a hauch nervous, but very excited to please us the food was all good and it was great that the cooks were paired after the meal and were looking for real critique so that they can improve. all in all great value and we will be back regularly!

20.11.2017 - 23:44I went into BB yesterday with my 2yr old son. I arrived at 12:55 for a one oclock for my cousins birthday. The restaurant was fully booked - I was the first of my party of 12 to arrive - I informed the waitress that I was here for a 1pm booking under the name of TESS - she checked and said there was only one booking for 1pm under the name of DEFF (?) i said jokingly, you must have heard the name wrong because that's our booking and showed her the text message from my cousin confirming the booking - I sat down at the reserved table and then the waitress came back and said that I had to leave as the table was booked for the name DEFF not Tess. As she didnt have the phone number for the booking I couldnt confirm it was the right booking and she told me and my son to leave and wait outside in the blazing sun. In a full restuarant this was rather embarassing.Any hospitality person with half a brain would know to 1: take a phone number for any large bookings - and confirm name2: call to confirm the booking before3: if a patron arrives with a small child DO NOT ever send them away even if there is confusion with the name of booking. A simple - you can sit here, but if this table does turn out to not be yours - we are going to ask you to move - would have been fine.I only witnessed young girls working too - I didn't see anyone who looked like a manager as I'm sure the behavior of the waitress would not have happened if a manager was on duty. When My mother in law arrived just after one I told her why I was waiting outside in the heat and she too got the third degree and only with her insistence we were permitted to sit. Once we had all arrived the restaurant started to clear out - not as many people in and yet we had to wait an hour for our food - not even the 2 yr old food came out. the food was very average and as the waitress took our order she informed us that they had run out of chips and that wedges would be served instead "at no extra charge" are you kidding? gee thanks for not charging us for something that is YOUR fault...I will never be back..
