I booked to celebrate my friends birthday and told three different people but nothing happened. In the end I had to blurt out to the waiter it was her birthday right in front of her even though it was meant to be a surprise. The lady who was handling reservations was honestly so rude and did not want to seat us at the restaurant even though I had a reservation. We were also overcharged with no explanation as to why. Honestly one of my worse dining experiences in NYC.
