I know it's tough times but seriously? Hands down worst Pho I had in all over Nova and mind you I have been to more than 20 different ones

I would like to show you how beautiful the presentation of our Shrimp Ceviche and our Avocado Salad were! However, all I have to show is the evidence. Those of you who know me well will notice there is NO desert plate (and I didn’t get one too go), I ate until I was too full to put anything else in my mouth!!!
