I never send things back at restaurants but I had to send my karaage back because it was so dry and overcooked. They wouldn’t take it off the bill and insisted on remaking it. The server took my entire bento box back into the kitchen where it sat getting cold for twenty minutes. The replacement chicken was just as terrible. They refused to take it off the tab, claiming we had eaten half when it wasn’t even close. Serves me right for trying to get good Japanese food at the mall. Don’t waste your time with this place.
