The dishes are cooked... leer más I must say, I traveled to Riva 3 times in my life, and I am pleased by the menu of Ristorante Alpino that remains the same for years now. The dishes are cooked to perfection! We had polenta with ragu and pasta with tuna fish. The ragu was absolutely amazing, flavorous and tender the polenta was rich and tasty. The pasta with tuna had a bit of heat from the red chili but in a really soft and pleasant way. The place has also rabbit and other dishes that we didn't try but that will be for the next time. The staff was very friendly and quick in serving. I also recommend the baked potatoes of the house... brilliant potatoes, perhaps the best you will find in town.
