I was often in carosello, always for penne carosello. excellent pasta with garnel and crab sauce, covered by the teig of the pizza and finished in the pizza ove... leer más I was often in carosello, always for penne carosello. excellent pasta with garnel and crab sauce, covered by the teig of the pizza and finished in the pizza over. the last part of the process is the whole point as it is the...right height of moistness inside and at the end they use the teig to finish the sauce of the pizza. tonight ii ordered my usual and what arrived was a disappointing small plate of pasta with sauce and three (yes, 3) garnel (usually there is a lot of small garnel). the real problem is that there was no diligent about it, and it wasn't past in the pizza, which is the whole point. it wasn't a mistake, it was conscious, from the waiter. they tried to find out uncoherent. all very pathetic, including trying to offer me a coffee (which I refused), a limoncello (which I refused) and finally the dish of pasta. I couldn't care less, of course, I can pay my 25 chf for what I'm ordering, but I want what I'm ordering. or I would expect to be told immediately that what I command is not available in this night
