Terrible experience...waited 15 minutes to get menu....after been ignored by the waitress...she gave menu to guests arriving after us. Their food is consistently above average - appetizers, pizzas, pasta, burgers, and desserts. Never a disappointing meal. However, the hosts and apparent manager are very rude and almost pompous.

Meanwhile making a choice for main course. We had lovely food, gamba's and mixed meat dish. A bottle of red wine to complete. Very tasty and a good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Other guests know this place for sure, most tables are booked. We had great desserts, a display is attracting your attention, wanted or unwanted :-)

After waiting for an hour, I went up there and ordered in the store before they answered the phone. I put my order and waited for food for 45 minutes. I went home and realized that the order was wrong and the fries were cold. I tried to call the store for a refund and they held me. I'm patient, so I waited for another 35min. They picked up the phone and accidentally suspended it. I called back and they put me back in the grip and then they were closed. I called back the next day and did the same. As much as I love eating when it is the right order, customer service is ridiculous. I understand they're busy, but they need to learn how to control it.

Everything in the restaurant is fresh never frozen and it shows.
