My only reservation is the high fee to book a table but I understand this is uniform across the partner restaurants under same ownership and the typical price after a full meal and drinks is reflected.

I did not know this but the first floor inside is very nice with nice chairs and board games so will be checking that out next time. The toilet though... It's on the second floor on its own. It's like you work and earn to achieve that goal. like reaching the last level of a tower in a Mario game. Except here you're about to bust your balls.

The menu has a good variety of choices and I was happy to see dishes with mole sauce! The chips are served with a red salsa that is mild and fresh tasting and a very spicy green salsa so everyone at the table will be happy. The food was great and the portions are generous enough that my mom and I had leftovers for dinner the next day--of course we did make sure we left room to share an order if churros with ice cream! The staff is friendly and cheerful but did lack a bit on the attentive side. We would definitely go back.

Quality fish and chips to take away. Food is always fresh, huge range of products, and the only chippy in town I’ve found that still does scraps.
