Not usually a big deal, but I didn't have any cash on hand and I wasn't going to get my card swiped for 50 cents. This going through the drive through and the employee told me she doesn't make the rules. I get that but after all this bs about making a living wage and doing quality work for the price you pay, one should expect a straw included with a drink, and not cold ass food. Not only was there no straw but the Cole tasted like week old diet soda and I don't drink diet soda. Honestly, I've been working since I was in high school, pay usually was reflected by quality of service, quality of product, and/ or quality of customer service. All three of these things is totally nonexistent and I would give del taco zero stars if Yelp would let me. Paying $10 for fast food is robbery already, but paying $10 for substandard fast food is downright criminal and BS. Might have to consider paying in a sit down restaurant if I'm already paying their prices and all the food chains will never get my recommendations if they keep this up and nickel and dime their customers, who pay for all their bottom line if they think this makes the world a better place. We pay on the tax for the food, yet we get taxed for stuff that makes our food palatable and enjoyable to the buyer/consumer. Wtf
