The food was he... leer más Visited here for lunch and had the set menu which consisted of soup, a plate of rice, potatoes, seitan and salad, watermelon and refillable tea. The food was heathy and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was super fast. The set menu was very reasonably priced at just under $4. It’s not a very big cafe with only a few tables and usually quite busy but well worth a visit if your looking for a delicious heathy vegan lunch

Tienen una buena selección de platos al estilo ecuatoriano que se pueden hacer veganos a pedido, y entienden lo que significa ser vegano, así que no hay sorpresas desagradables. Las opciones veganas incluyen ceviche y pastel de yuca, ambos deliciosos. El personal es amable y habla un poco de inglés. Tiene un ambiente casual y relajado, y en ambas ocasiones que visité, el servicio fue rápido. Una gran adición a las opciones veganas en Mindo.

I got a great haircut and my girlfriend got a her hair dyed balayage. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the place itself is beautiful, full of plants, bright, fresh and very comfortable. If I lived in Santiago this would be my go to every time.

Theo who runs it is always experimenting with something new and is really open to plant based options. You have to ask about what is vegan as things aren’t labelled vegan so regulars who didn’t know it’s plant based wouldn’t know. It has a really lovely atmosphere and is exactly what you’d want from a local coffee shop. Super friendly staff, it does get very busy on the weekends so plan ahead. Top marks
