I witnessed him shout/raise his voice at an elderly man because he got confused about where he should pick up his food. The employee had a terrible attitude and was very condescending. If you want to feel dumb or get bashed over getting confused about anything, this is the perfect place to go. Don't understand why they are so ridiculously mean and rude; listen to the other reviews. Seeing how he treated the customer got me so upset. FYI: Clumping up a bunch of signs together doesn't make it more clear as to where everything is... In fact, it makes it more confusing to others. Aside from that, their bubble tea flavors tastes pretty good. But watch out for strands of hair in your bubble tea...

My first concert here (the acacia strain) and it was the time of my life. the venue was very well maintained and had very interesting decorations. the whole sta... leer más My first concert here (the acacia strain) and it was the time of my life. the venue was very well maintained and had very interesting decorations. the whole staff I met was very friendly. there were only 3 wake up in front of the stage and they did a good work, as only 2 people made it on the stage in a heavy metal concert. there are also very well maintained bathrooms, I believe 2 bar stations, and there was a window for the diner that is connected to the venue. I would definitely come back here if other bands/artists I would like to make a show here.
