We chose to have the Kitchen Menu with flight of wine, which we booked ahead of our visit. From the moment we walked in, we were very well looked after, spoiled even! What we had ordered was 5 courses, but we received canapés, an amuse bouche, a loaf of sourdough bread (essential for mopping up amazing sauces which you don't want to leave), five courses, and a tray of petit fours. Each course was cooked to perfection and full of flavour; we were surprised and delighted by elements which were crafted together into dishes which kept amazing us. Each of these was paired with a delicious range of wines which we would not have chosen ourselves, but which complemented and enhanced each part of the meal. We were introduced to every bottle, with an explanation of their origin, growers, and tasting notes. It's a lovely, comfortable restaurant for a special occasion, and the team is attentive and considerate. We definitely plan to return.

We needed the whole day to explore with two young boys and escaped from the sun in the main restaurant (only one open during the week all food courts are open at weekends). We went on the trip with Jet2 so cost more, but was definitely worth a visit if you expect children. Buy drinks before you go in as when your in there they charge double the price. Lovely selection of animals and overall cleanliness of the park is good. Gift shop is extortionate and they make you walk through to exit.

They’ve pared down which options are gluten free so much that if you don’t like oats or very, very hard desserts, you’re kinda out of luck. The flavor is good, but they’re so dense, and half of it is often just made of solid shortening with sugar in it. Many items I’ve had (over a long period of coming here) are just too sweet. You’re not going to find many non-pastry breakfast options here if you’re gluten free, either. Last time I was in I got the corner piece of a raspberry bar (my favorite) that shouldn’t even have been sold- it was burned on one side and had no raspberry in more than half of it. I feel bad saying it, but one of the employees in particular is not attentive and makes awkward situations, on top of making really, really bad coffee.
