Lastly, the passion fruit souffle was the perfect end to our meal. A real souffle light, airy and with hints of passion fruit. We have been to all of the Michelin restaurants in Miami and Sails has nothing to envy them, in fact, much better than some with 1 star.

After several minutes of waiting and not seeing any activity in the kitchen we asked our server. He appeared to speak with the cooks and then several plates came out but for another table. Again, the kitchen went silent with no further activity. At that point, we cancelled the sides as we were mostly done eating. At no point was there an apology or an attempt to make things right. We were even switched servers. It is unfortunate that the service and lack of customer service reached this place too.
