My steak tartare was indifferent and far too liquid, the accompanying tepid truffade was too mushy for my taste. With a drink, the bill came to €18.60, poor value. If I want quick eat thereabouts again, I'll either go to McDonald's or head into town to where there is altogether better food to be had.

La casa rosé es completamente de buen gusto. Tienen reglas arcanas sobre quién puede sentarse en la terraza! Disfrutamos de nuestra comida y calentamos al personal. A finales de octubre fue el único restaurante que vimos en Port Lligat y fue un agujero ideal de riego en el camino a la casa de Dali pero es caro para lo que es.

As some of our party were hoping for cooked mussels, regrettably we ate elsewhere but will be back. It's a beautiful setting, the seafood looked wonderfully fresh, the staff I talked to were very helpful. What more could you ask for. They have plates, cutlery, glasses, bread, etc., but if you want mussels, you need to take them home to cook. To me, prices seemed reasonable. There's also a shop that sells jars, bottles and tins of fishy comestibles as well as wine.

Some of the other comments don't take account of the fact that lunch at €12.50 is not going to be haute cuisine with personalised service. We had a good feed, including seconds, ending up with ice cream of far better quality than found in most French restaurants. We'll definitely go again.
