BUT EWARE... and not... take for granted that what you order will also be nearby when they say that it will be ready and that what you have ordered will actually be what you get and that it will be properly prepared.

She totally had the timing thing down perfect. To start I had my usual neat Bourbon pour (ice on the side), my wife had a Martini with stuffed gargonzola olives. They were a perfect start with our freshly made Artichoke poppers. These poppers were one of the tastiest appetizers we've ever tried! You totally could visit Carmine's just for these! OK on to the main course I'm not Italian, but some of my extended family friends are. You know, Sundays were always Mama's sauce cooking all day on the stove. Carmine's Red Sauce is just like that! . I had Spaghetti Parm my wife had stuffed Haddock absolutely delicious generous. We both had some delicious leftovers to take home. We highly recommend you try Carmine's cozy atmosphere, delicious food great people! We'll see you again Carmine's!

They have everything you 'd expect from your typical Buffalo-area pizza joint, plus some nice unique specialty items; we particularly love the Chicken Finger pizza! The crust here is a bit thinner and crispier than your usual Buffalo-style pizza crust, somewhere around the halfway-mark between a NYC-style crust and, say, the crust at Imperial Pizza. The carry-out pick-up area is very small and cramped, so either plan on a somewhat claustrophobic wait or show up a little bit after the time they told you. Waits can be long on busy nights, so adjust your plans accordingly. (We 've been quoted 45 minutes for carry-out in the past. We do not consider this a problem. Staff is always friendly and efficient. They 'll even get to know you by name if you order frequently enough.

The room is stunning, with high ceilings, large bright windows, the stage, the beautiful built in shelves, I mean its really simple amazing and beautiful. We also rented the bridal suite for the day to finish in the morning and have only a little space to retreat, and it's so beautiful. We were conveniently able to fit 9 bridesmaids/breads/moms and 4 stylists. Additionally, Amanda, Chris, and their team made to run a 6 hour event just look out (although I'm sure it doesn't! . All night, Amanda and Chris checked us and made sure we had a great time while we all ran behind the scenes and our wedding went smoothly. While the German house is beautiful and really exactly what we were looking for, Amanda, the coordinator, is really what sold us to this place. We were planning our wedding from the state and she was really all we were looking for and then some. As soon as I had a question, Amanda was always quick to answer by email. Besides, she is friendly, funny and so friendly, so controversial with her was honestly only wonderful. She was clear and communicative throughout the entire process. We had some really fantastic sellers, but I will say Amanda is the epitome of customer service in the wedding industry. I would encourage every couple to marry here!
