I was skeptical because of the Chowda name, but on my son 's recommendation we all got the chowder bread bowls, which were excellent and a full meal in themselves. I don 't normally go for a bread bowl, too much bread, it gets a bit soggy, not my thing. But the sour dough mini loaves they had really held up, plus the chowder is legit New England clam chowder. Also the staff was super friendly. Wish I remembered the guys name cause he made our stop special.
