To the point we stopped going all together. We recently had to meet up with out of town family here and I was surprised to see theinside has been updated, as well as the menu (they cut their old menu with 5-6 pages, in half...which I appreciate) and the foodon the menu. Everything was hearty, fresh and good! We'll be be back....again!

Last time I had the patty melt and both times the meal has been extremely good. Prices are very fair and you get a lot of food for your money.

Truly the best cookies I've ever eaten!

This meal was let down in particular by one waitress unfortunately. However a couple of simple requests exposed just how unwilling the waitress was to...be there and she was in fact very rude. She pushed pass us twice, she was unhelpful too: two incidents in particular highlight her attitude: 1. We asked if we could have a bowl of olives on its own as we had some in our starter and loved them. She said no, with no apology or explanation or apparent will to help accommodate that (especially as the person asking wasn't able to eat any of the starters on the menu due to their dietary requirements) 2. She noticed an empty side bowl was on the next table, asked if she could move it, then moved it into the last remaining space one our table?! (our mains were brought over before we had even finished our starters so the table was very cramped) Instead of taking it away (as we asked) she did that and caused it to nearly fall off and get in my boyfriend's way?! Regarding the food, everything was under seasoned and I've never had such a disappointing pizza. Bland toppings and awful crust/base. I feel 3 is a generous rating in light of our experience. Hopefully management will read this feedback and can make some changes.

When we arrived she wasn’t warm and welcoming and practically laughed at me when I asked her a perfectly normal question. She really let the place down. The whole party of 5 commented on her bad attitude.
