The waiter confirmed if we saw it or not. No actions taken! No apologies! They disappeared without any further explanation nor even a gesture that showed that they cared. FIRST AND LAST VISIT!

Fora que são os únicos que não possuem assistente pessoal do lado pra limpar os cabelos que caem, lavar o cabelo e servir um café (O deles é coado nas outras tem expresso e capuccino). No mais, atendimento na recepção é top... ambiente lindo e som alto astral.

It made me feel like I had to quickly decide bc there's people waiting behind me n the check out person is now waiting. Otherwise, friendly staff, great variety of cupcakes and delicious boba drinks/rolled up ice cream. Keep up the good work.
