For protein you can either have sofritas (tofu) or vegetables and then rice, beans, vegetables and guacamole (this is paid extra). They have several sauces, most of which are vegan (not the sour cream though). Generally, it is good and it allows you to adjust your food as you want. I am a regular customer, I come to Chipotle all the time and I spend a lot of money there every week. The location of the Chipotle I go to is 2655 Richmond Ave, Staten Island NY. Me and my family have been coming to this Chipotle for many times because the customer service was always amazing and I?ve never had a issue. Lately, there is one worker who is a Cashier woman(I think she is shift leader or manager) who has given me a attitude, talked to me nasty and I truly felt like I am a bother to her I come to Chipotle. this is not okay for a worker to be given this attitude to customers while working her job. I am not here to complain about this. I?m a retail worker too. Some one has to correct her. Thanks

The place is large with Covid precautions in place, the parking space outside is huge, which is not a surprise given the abundance of restaurants round, and the staff has their masks all the time. On a side note, the washrooms are open to customers, so if you have a quick bite in your car, you can later use the washroom. This special visit for a mobile order for a few chicken dishes. My order was delayed by 15 minutes (with regard to the pick-up time of the app). As soon as you enter, the pick-up process is relatively easy. You just go to the area and pick up your order. The bowl was filled enough with everything I had chosen. My overall experience was good.

If you order a salad, you will definitely not get the dressing with it. If you order anything at all, expect missing ingredients, half portions and best of all pieces of meat and cheese in your vegan dish! I'm sure it's management's fault, but Chipotle lost his culture. Staff seem absolutely miserable and no one takes care of the work they do.

I really liked how I got a quick service, the bathrooms were clean and the staff was really nice. The tables here are usually a little chaotic, but this is to be expected. There is a large parking lot in front, but you will rarely find a place unless you go to the far side. This plaza is always full.

I?ve ordered pickup here and they let you order the full price, but give a meal with half the ingredients and no meat (see pictures) I hope they change.
