I've been to Don Carlos by Harrisburg and had ordered the little flauta/taquitos with margaritas at a table. However, at this location, I tried to order the same, and they told me that was not allowed... only at the bar. The other issue was with the service. It took a while before a server tended to us. Mind you, it was not busy. The last issue was with the odor of the place. This place needs brighter lights in order to do a deep clean. The odor was pretty bad.
