Not only if you plan to dine in, that would be a bad idea... you have to stand up GET IN LINE! And ask for your meals!!!! And PAY iN ADVANCE!!! Believe it or not!!!! Not happy experience if your plan is to have meals with a good company... and then having waiters to assist you would be only if you request basic additionals!!! Of course at additional cost. I gave two stars since waiters and waitresses are nice and they try to assist as much as they can. Again, i did not like the concept of getting a table and then to stand up, to get in line and to pay in advance for main meals (and not that tasty by the way). I do advise owner to rethink business for people going there and to dine in. As it is certainly expected to get trur restaurant service... I do not think I am coming back to this barbacoa site.

At dinner they let you go up to the buffet first and then you have a card you flip where you want them to keep bringing you samples of meat, then you flip the card again when you want a break. Overall most of the meat tasted fairly dry. We did however really enjoy the chicken. We did not need a reservation to go here. Service was great, the only wine included in the all inclusive deal is the house wine but that was still good.
