They really prioritize the people who come so when it says 10 minutes to be ready for your food give them 20 maybe even 30 if they order on their website. They forgot my chips and dipped because I showed up in 10 minutes when it said it was done, but it didn't even begin to make it and they forgot my chips.

I had to tear the tops off the other Burritos to find the shrimp Burrito because we have 2 family members with shrimp allergies. The food is good 3 stars. Kinda sad other reviewers give this place 5 stars. Not even close. I regret to leave such a negative review, but facts are facts and the experience was super lame.

The meat is nicely done, very moist and flavorful, and their hard shells are house made. My wife goes for the fish tacos or the shrimp burrito. You can't go wrong with their breakfast either. I notice most people get breakfast burritos but we like to share the breakfast tacos. I recommend the get chorizo egg with potato and either pinto or refried beans. All in all, great spot with good food for any meal of the day. We also did their catering for our baby shower. We ordered 80 tacos with fixings and half pans of refried beans and rice. Ordered a week in advanced and they were very organized with what they provided. All of our guests were very happy with the food with most asking where it was from so they can check out the restaurant themselves sometime. Update: enchiladas with carnitas are bomb. We found ourselves putting the leftover enchilada sauce over the rest of our food. So good!

Their ice cream wasn't as good as I felt when they moved to K Street anyway. But still they close their business with short-term and I still have $90 in ice to redeem that I'll never have punched cards that sell them. Many emails went unanswered for the refund they claimed to give the stamp card holders. It's so small claims for me. Unfortunately, I feel betrayed by them. Your Instagram claims that they are trying to become a pop-up, but we will see if that happens. I hope they do so they can sell their ice cream again. I really liked it more than any other place. Unfortunately, owners cannot run a business.

Since nobody had eaten there before we checked out the menu and everyone agreed it sounded good. I had the shrimp enchiladas and I can honestly say that they were probably the best enchiladas that I have had in the past 10 years. The sauce was super tasty with a hint of spicy and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The rice and beans and grilled veggies were a perfect combo. Everyone else got the tacos and the portobello plate. Suffice to say that everyone was quite satisfied with their meals. I?m from the Bay Area and we have some pretty amazing Mexican/Latin food, so I was not expecting to have such good food in Grass Valley. I would definitely recommend Diego?s to anyone living in Grass Valley or passing through. They have outdoor seating and a cool funky vibe/decor. Next time I will have to try their desserts!
