When I inquired to management that this was unsanitary and if they can make it right because I do not want to eat tri-tip sandwiches or hot dogs that have bowls stacked on top, the night manager (Darrel) was rude. He said this is how we always do it-what do you want me to do about it? So very rude but SO VERY unsanitary. It ruined the entire night-it was supposed to nice meal with family returning my sister to college. Very disappointed. When I inquired what time is best to call next day to speak with another manager, the staff members told me good luck because no one ever answers the phones. See image below-one should NEVER serve food like this. The health department would agree this is NOT OK and Darrel 's response of THIS IS HOW WE ALWAYS DO IT probably would not be well received by them.
