Ordered veggie toastie and told them not to add any jalapeños in it…. I repeated myself 6 times. And guess what… when I was eating… I realised that they added jalapeños! Literally ruined my break during work. So I called them to ask why had they put jalapeños when I repeatedly mentioned few times not to add them. The guy on the call was sooo sooo RUDE! He doesn’t not know how to deal with customers he started shouting at me over the phone. No apologies whatsoever. I asked him what his name is so he was not telling me but starting copying me and saying what’s ur name? ! This was so frustrating and upsetting. Literally got me so angry I’ve been buying my food from here for the last 4 years. Then I asked if I can speak to the Manager, he replied that manager is not here so speak to me, then, I said I wanna speak to the manager. Then he said come in store if u want to speak to him, and top of that he left me on hold. Then I rang back I said can I speak to the manager he said yes it me.. !! he lied coz first he said manager is not here. So he acted like a manager and when I asked for the name he said it’s Hassan. Clearly lying! I could get that as it was the same voice and he mentioned earlier that manager is not in today…Ridiculous
