We had a light dinner at the Prickly Pear after a Michigan game and enjoyed it. We were not that hungry so we split an entree the Chicken and Cheese Chili Relleno. The chili was great and the rice and beans that accompanied it were just so so. The basket of chips and homemade salsa were also very tasty. I thought the menu was innovative with some other items like the duck tostadas and buffalo tacos plus some other things I don't normally see on a southwestern menu. We will likely return to try some other things on the menu. The fajitas looked good a huge portion served to a table close to ours.

Had a great meal celebrating my birthday. It is always nice to sit on the outside and enjoy the Mainer river and downtown Toledo area. Instead of being juicy as it should be, the meat was extremely dry. It also didnt get compensated by sauce, since there was barely any in the burger. The cheese was not nicely melted on the meat as it should be, at least if speaking of good burgers. Its a pity, since I wanted to like it because of the nice concept, but I cannot rate this higher than 2 stars. The pommes was quite okay though.

Popovers were good, but dry. Strawberry butter was a treat, as always. Chicken salad was fresh, but salad as a whole was very average.
