They asked if I wanted whip on the milkshake, I said yes, yet there was none. I said I only wanted pickles, lettuce, and mayo on the burger yet even after confirming my order they also put tomato, relish, mustard, and onions. I did not go at a busy lunchtime or dinner rush, so I don’t understand how they messed up my order that badly.

I'm waiting for my order and the lead was up. they tell me I'm moving forward and waiting for them to regain my order. I just left. the life is too short for all these so-called fast food restaurants that take 30 minutes or more of their lives and give them a reliable service, for what, a bad try of a burger. I went instead to burger king and got my burger fast without problems.

Went down for complimentary hot breakfast, ordered bated eggs, toast & hashbrowns. Plate was so cold that eggs cooled of quickly. Bread had too much butter, marg? Got dry toast after two tries, by then the eggs were cold. Decided to not have breakfast on our next stay at best western hotel.
