Server was phenomenal and had never let us wait unnecessarily while we were very attentive. Menu has everything you can imagine, plus its own supplements. There are some upscale options in BMT plus the popular Italian chain of me honestly think that this is the best Italian place in town hands down if not one of the top hidden gems in Beaumont overall. The entire staff seemed very friendly while it feels authentic, not as they are forced to interact with the customers. I would strongly suggest this place to everyone in the area and leave the inconveniently looking view of the building from outside. Very nice interior and great atmosphere. Very impressed!

The service was awful. Maybe our waitress was new? My order was made wrong the waitress did not apologize, we had to keep asking for water, she did not pick up our dirty dishes. It was so disappointing. The only reason this is not a 3 star review is because the assistant manager made things right. She was AWESOME. She offered to remake my burger and gave us a discount because of our bad experience. It?s a shame because we really liked it the first time. Hopefully this restaurant will continue to work on consistency and training.
