It was absolutely delicious. My husband and his family had been before but it was my first time here and at a hot pot place. I hope to be back! You first choose a base broth, and then you pay by the plate for different additions. We got the Thai broth (level 5/10 and it was the perfect amount of spice) and we put cabbage, Kimchee, eggs, and ramen. We also added some steak, pork, and gyoza. The gyoza was especially delicious! It was super easy to cook, and so, so filling. I also added some cilantro, onion, and green onion to mine (which was free) and some extra spicy and miso sauce (also free). It was just so yummy! The service was also great. They were so attentive to any questions and very friendly. Plus the ambiance and location are very nice. It is right in the middle of Kailua, and is such a sweet little spot. Love this place so much! Now I know what all the hype is about!
